#Dems Lose Fight To Allow Illegal Alien Voting
The House passed the SAVE Act (220-208), a Trump-backed bill to curb noncitizen voting, with 208 Democrats opposing. It now faces a tough Senate vote needing 60 supporters. Despite Democratic resistance, a Gallup Poll shows 84% favor photo ID for voting and 83% back proof of citizenship for registration.
Uncovered by DOGE: Antonio Gracias, a DOGE staffer, stated during a March 30, 2025, event in Wisconsin that over 5 million noncitizens received SSNs from 2021 to 2025, with 2.1 million in fiscal year 2024 alone. DOGE found that some of these individuals were registered to vote and had voted, based on checks of voter rolls in a few cooperative states. Gracias stated thousands were found on voter rolls, with "well over a thousand" having voted in one state, and cases were referred for prosecution
