Given his first-time-felon status, he’s likely to get a light sentence. However, with the felony conviction on his record, the sentence he’ll face for 6 count the tax evasion charge in California is likely to be more severe.

Biden Loses Democrat Approval - Down To 37%
(Gallup) WASHINGTON, D.C. -- President Joe Biden’s job approval rating among Democrats has tumbled 11 percentage points in the past month to 75%, the worst reading of his presidency from his own party. This drop has pushed his overall approval rating down four points to 37%, matching his personal low.
At the same time, Biden’s approval among independents has declined four points, to 35%, while Republicans’ rating remains unchanged, at just 5%.

According to the new guidance, adults from only Georgia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan will be referred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for speedy removal, according to the report. Everyone else gets into the U.S. to await their asylum process, same as before.
