SCOTUS Affirms President Trump’s Right to End DoEd
Since his first term, President Trump has had DoEd in his sights. Considering the uninterrupted downward spiral of education in America since the ill-advised department was formed by the second-worst President in American history, this is as it should be.
“Approximately 32 million adults in the United States can’t read, according to the U.S. Department of Education and the National Institute of Literacy. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development found that 50 percent of U.S. adults can’t read a book written at an eighth-grade level.”1
“WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is allowing President Donald Trump to put his plan to dismantle the Education Department back on track — and to go through with laying off nearly 1,400 employees.
…
The high court action enables the administration to resume work on winding down the department, one of Trump’s biggest campaign promises.
In a post Monday night on his social media platform, Trump said the high court “has handed a Major Victory to Parents and Students across the Country.” He said the decision will allow his administration to begin the “very important process” of returning many of the department’s functions ‘BACK TO THE STATES.’”

Dr Death aka Fauci Headed For An Orange Jumpsuit
Senator Paul has taken another swing at Dr Death aka Anthony Fauci. This time he’s going after not just Fauci’s malfeasance at CDC, but also his phony auto-pen pardon
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., on Monday said he would reissue his criminal referral to the Department of Justice for Dr. Anthony Fauci after his pardon was confirmed to be issued by a late-night autopen.
"Today I will reissue my criminal referral of Anthony Fauci to Trump DOJ!" Paul said after a report that former President Joe Biden said he authorized the use of his signature via autopen on granting widespread clemency and pardons at the end of his presidency because "we're talking about a whole lot of people."
Paul posted on X: "Perjury is a crime. And Fauci must be held accountable."

EU: The Russian’s Are Coming
President Trump’s in-your-face presentation to NATO is bearing fruit. Leading EU “leaders” to open their eyes to the facts which have been there since Putin “annexed” Crimea in February 2014.
There have been increasing expressions of concern from the European Union (EU) and its member states regarding potential Russian aggression, particularly since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022

. This is evidenced by:
Strong Condemnation of Russia's Actions: The EU has consistently condemned Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine as a violation of international law and the UN Charter.
Imposition of Sanctions: The EU has implemented numerous packages of sanctions against Russia, targeting its economy, individuals, and entities involved in the war, in an effort to weaken Russia's ability to wage war.
Military and Humanitarian Support for Ukraine: The EU and its member states are providing significant military, financial, and humanitarian support to Ukraine to help it defend itself and address the humanitarian crisis.
Strengthening European Defense Capabilities: Concerns about potential Russian aggression have prompted some EU members, like Germany, to increase their defense spending and invest in strengthening European defense capabilities.
Emphasis on Deterrence and Defense: NATO, which has significant overlap with EU membership, has declared Russia the "most significant and direct threat" to Euro-Atlantic security and is enhancing its deterrence and defense capabilities, particularly along its eastern flank

Secret Service Knew About Butler Shooter for 10 Days
Fight,Fight,Fight...
Senior-level Secret Service officials failed to share “classified threat information” related to President Trump with those assigned to protect him during the Pennsylvania campaign rally where he was nearly assassinated, according to a congressional watchdog report.
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) found the classified intelligence had been presented to Secret Service officials a full 10 days before the July 13, 2024 assassination attempt in Butler, but the agency’s “siloed practice for sharing” sensitive information resulted in few being aware of the threat against Trump’s life.
