The Times That Expose Men's Souls

A paraphrase from Tom Paine's "American Crisis" 1776

Last night, during President Trump’s address to the Joint Session of Congress - 2025, Our Father showed America, Americans and the World just who and what the people present are.

Tom Paine, in 1776, described America’s desperate plight then as “times that try men’s souls”. Last night the joy which Our Father has showered on America was shown as “the time that exposes men’s souls”.

There could not have been a more stark revelation of the who and what the people in that room are - wonderful, mighty works of Our Father were proclaimed and celebrated and the way different people reacted “exposed their souls”.

I won’t try to describe the emotions, I know I can’t do them justice. Rather, I’ll suggest you watch the replay - even if you saw it live.
